Our story
Pearl & Ember began when founder Katrina discovered this unique candle concept while travelling overseas. Drawn to its striking visual simplicity and the way it transformed ordinary spaces into elevated, atmospheric environments, she began researching the product and its potential.
With a strong passion for modern, refined styling and a growing interest in experiential design, Katrina immediately recognized an opportunity to bring this concept into her own market in and around Columbus Ohio. She saw not just a product, but a new way to shape ambience—one that was both beautiful and practical for today’s events.
What started as curiosity quickly evolved into a vision: to reimagine how candles are used in events, venues, and celebrations, offering a cleaner, more contemporary alternative to traditional wax. From that vision, Pearl & Ember was created.
As interest grew, so did the ambition behind the brand. What began as an idea inspired abroad has developed into a growing offering designed for planners, venues, and creative professionals who care deeply about atmosphere and detail.
